• A high quality chicken or beef treat is used when undertaking basic training.
• Basic training for dogs and pups includes sitting when asked, walking nicely on a lead, not jumping up on
people and coming when called.
• Puppies attending Pooch Play must have their food be supplied by the owner to avoid upset tummies.
• If medications are to be administered, clear written instructions are to accompany the pet.
• Pooch Play has access to a 24 hour veterinary service if needed.
• If your pet becomes ill whilst in care, you will be contacted immediately. If we cannot contact you, your
pet will be taken to your nominated vet (or Pooch Play's vet if your vet can't be contacted). All fees
resulting from injury or non-negligent accident will be the owner's responsibility.
