Linda grew up with two Corgis and, after leaving home, she adopted a surrendered pooch from a Queensland pound who remained her faithful companion until he was 15 years old.

At the moment the household furkids consist of two adult dogs and a puppy, as well as a kitten - all rescued from various NSW pounds. There are also the guinea pigs who are now happily enjoying their retirement from the show ring.

Linda is also an experienced animal rescuer and foster carer, having performed one or both of these roles for the past five years. These days Linda divides her time between her Pooch Play business and privately rescuing death row pound animals, where she and her dedicated team of foster carers look after them until they are rehomed.
